Course Information

This Dignity, Support and Choice training course is suitable for all levels of healthcare and care staff working across any care environment. The session focuses on creating a positive, respectful culture where individuals feel valued, listened to, and supported with empathy. It equips staff with the knowledge and skills to deliver compassionate, person‑centred care that upholds dignity and promotes independence.

By attending this course, participants will develop a deeper understanding of how to empower individuals to make informed choices, maintain control over their daily lives, and participate fully in their community. The training emphasises the importance of respecting personal autonomy, promoting inclusion, and supporting each person to achieve the highest possible level of independence.
