Anxiety Management and Agoraphobia Training
This Anxiety Management and Agoraphobia training course is designed for healthcare and social care staff who want to understand how anxiety develops, how it affects both mental and physical health, and how to support individuals in managing anxiety more effectively and positively. The session equips staff with the knowledge and confidence to recognise symptoms, respond appropriately, and create a compassionate, supportive environment that fosters trust and engagement.
The course combines tutor‑led teaching, group discussion, individual reflection, and small‑group activities. Delegates will also practise a range of relaxation and grounding techniques that can be used to support individuals experiencing anxiety or agoraphobia.
