About the Course
Conflict Management Training
This Conflict Management training course equips healthcare staff, social care workers, educators, and healthcare administrators with practical skills to manage challenging behaviour safely and confidently. Through scenario‑based learning, delegates will practise non‑physical diffusion and de‑escalation techniques that reduce risk, protect personal safety, and promote positive outcomes during conflict situations.
