About the Course

Conflict Management Training

This Conflict Management training course equips healthcare staff, social care workers, educators, and healthcare administrators with practical skills to manage challenging behaviour safely and confidently. Through scenario‑based learning, delegates will practise non‑physical diffusion and de‑escalation techniques that reduce risk, protect personal safety, and promote positive outcomes during conflict situations.

The programme also outlines the legal and statutory responsibilities relating to personal safety at work. Participants will develop a toolbox of practical strategies to recognise early signs of escalation, communicate effectively, and respond appropriately to aggression or distress.
