About the Course

Safeguarding of Adults Training

This Safeguarding of Adults training course provides nurses, HCAs, care staff, and social care workers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to protect adults who may be at risk of abuse or neglect. The session explores the principles of adult safeguarding, the legal duties placed on professionals, and the practical steps required to recognise, respond to, and report concerns appropriately.

Participants will develop confidence in identifying signs of harm, understanding who may be vulnerable, and taking proportionate action to ensure safety and dignity.
