Safeguarding of Adults (Advanced) Training
This Safeguarding of Adults (Advanced) training course is designed for experienced healthcare workers, care staff, and social care professionals who hold enhanced responsibilities for protecting adults at risk. It is particularly suited to managers, senior practitioners, and designated safeguarding leads who must understand not only how to identify and report concerns, but also how to navigate the wider safeguarding system once a referral has been made.
The session provides a detailed exploration of local safeguarding procedures, multi‑agency processes, and the legal and ethical frameworks that underpin adult protection. Participants will develop confidence in managing complex safeguarding situations, contributing to enquiries, and fulfilling their responsibilities within the safeguarding pathway.
